/ Welding as an extra
Our in-house welding and precision machining flow seamlessly into one another, allowing complete parts and assemblies to be finished in a single efficient production flow.
Every welded joint is executed with attention to fit, tolerances, and functionality.
With our welding table and professional welding station, we can perfectly position parts and keep deformation under control.
Assembly, prototype construction and repairs
We are responsible for:
All machining operations – CNC milling, CNC turning, and welding – are performed in-house. This shortens lead times and allows for immediate adjustments when modifications are made to components or fits are required.
You choose us if you:
Unsure if your project fits our profile? Send us your plan, photo, or drawing, and we will help you find the best welding solution.
Choosing BO‑Solutions means:
Complete peace of mind: a single point of contact for machining, assembly, and welding.
Complete control: all operations are performed in-house, under one roof.
Shorter lead times: no transport or waiting times between the different technologies.
Consistent quality: one quality standard throughout the entire process – from raw sheet to finished product.
Send us a drawing, photo, 3D model, or idea. We will ensure a functional, welded end product.

We primarily weld steel and stainless steel (inox). No aluminium. Because we always do our own machining (milling/turning), we can first precisely machine parts and then weld them in-house into a complete, functional assembly.
Yes. We have both MIG/MAG and TIG welding technology available.
Absolutely. We perform repair welding, prototypes, one-off pieces, and small series. Thanks to our combination of machining and welding, we can turn things around quickly, even for technically challenging or unique projects.
Yes. That is exactly one of our strengths. We can mill/turn CNC parts, position them on the welding table, and fully assemble and weld them. You provide a drawing, photo, or 3D model, and we deliver a finished, ready-to-use product.
Yes. We perform repair welding on parts and structures, especially when tolerances and fit are important. For example, on machine parts, frames, welded structures, or prototypes that need adjustment.
