With a modern fleet of 15 CNC milling machines – ranging from 3- to simultaneous 5-axis machining centers – we produce precision mechanical parts with an tolerances of up to ±0,005 mm. For everything revolving around rotational symmetry, turning is the technique par excellence. The workpiece rotates, the cutting tool determines the shape – perfect for shafts, sleeves, fittings, and cylindrical components.
With our machine park of 20 CNC lathes – from multi-spindles to 4-axis turning centers – we produce precision parts up to Ø750mm in diameter and 3000mm in length. From hydraulic cylinders to pump components: we machine what is technically sound and deliver on time, always.

For internal surfaces requiring perfect cylindricity and smoothness, we offer the most efficient solution. Honing combines speed, precision, and cost-effectiveness – ideal for cylinders, hydraulic components, and bearing bushings where perfect geometry is essential.
With our honing machine, we machine hole diameters from 3 to 180 mm with cylindricalities of ±0.002 mm and adjustable Ra values of 0.1-0.8 μm.
Precision grinding from rough to mirror-smooth
When tolerances are measured in micrometers and surfaces must be mirror-smooth, we really go all the way. Our grinding techniques transform critical parts into measurable perfection – for applications where precision must be exact.
With face grinding, cylindrical grinding, and centerless grinding, we machine hardened steels and carbide to tolerances of ±0.005 mm and Ra values down to 0.05 μm. From medical instruments to hydraulic cylinders: we grind whatever requires perfection.
Keyways in any width and length – powerful, precise, and reliable. Minimal play, maximum fit.
We perform keyway broaching / keyway machining entirely in-house. We create perfectly fitting keyways without outsourcing. This means shorter lead times, lower risks, and full quality control.
From 3 mm to 24 mm keyway width, internal and external, we achieve a precise fit in a single clamping. Optimal power transmission, minimal backlash, and no extra handling – all under one roof.
MIG/MAG or TIG – from repair to new. Everything is done in-house by experienced craftsmen.
Some parts require more than milling or turning alone. With our professional welding equipment, we join parts into functional units – without outsourcing, without delay.

Step 1 – Analysis & Quotation
You provide the PDF + STEP or DXF drawing, and we analyze the manufacturability. We will contact you in case of ambiguities or potential bottlenecks.
You will receive a transparent quotation with specifications and delivery time.
Reverse engineering without a drawing?
Send us the part, a photo, or a sketch. We measure it, draw it up, and turn it into a reproducible precision part.
Step 2 – Production & Quality Control
Upon approval, your order goes into production. Our craftsmen work with micrometer precision according to specifications.
