We perform 3-, 4-, and 5-axis simultaneous milling, with an tolerances of down to ±0.005 mm and down to 1400 mm in the longest direction, in steel, hardened steels, stainless steel, aluminium, and engineering plastics. From a single prototype to medium-sized series, ISO 9001 certified.

Yes. For the finest finish after hardening, we combine milling with grinding, honing, or lapping in-house, ensuring the final tolerance remains within specification. And delivered on time.
Down to 1400 mm in the longest direction. For each workpiece, we use the most suitable machine from our machine park. We also mill small precision parts with the same reproducibility.
More axes provide greater freedom in design. 3-axis is ideal for simple work; 5-axis machines complex geometries in a single clamping, without the alignment errors of 0.02–0.05 mm that a second clamping entails.
