With a machine park of 50 specialized machines under one roof, BO-Solutions the capacity and flexibility to produce complex parts entirely in-house.
Our machine park comprises 20 CNC lathes, 15 milling machines with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers, supplemented by specialized machines for honing, lapping, grinding, key broaching, welding, and other precision machining operations.

Because most machining takes place at our facility in Roeselare , we keep the entire production and quality control in-house. Our advanced Wenzel 3D coordinate measuring machine (CMM) checks dimensions down to the micron level, ensuring that every part meets the agreed tolerances and quality requirements.

Mazak VARIAXIS i-800 – 5-axis machining center

Within BO-Solutions , the Mazak VARIAXIS i-800 is used for high-quality 5-axis precision machining with high tolerances and productivity.

With a working range of X 730 mm × Y 850 mm × Z 560 mm and a pallet changer (2 × 500 × 500 mm), this machining center can be used for serial production and unmanned operations.

At BO-Solutions , we use the DMG MORI DMU 95 monoBLOCK for highly complex milling operations. Thanks to the 5-axis technology, we can fully machine workpieces in a single clamping – efficiently and with maximum tolerances. With a working range of X 950 mm × Y 850 mm × Z 650 mm, this machining center is suitable for medium to large components.

Wenzel 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM): tolerances down to the micron

Precision does not stop when a part leaves the CNC machine.
Only after accurate measurement can you be certain that every detail meets the agreed specifications.

Therefore, BO-Solutions with an advanced Wenzel 3D coordinate measuring machine (CMM) in a climate-controlled measuring room. With this highly accurate measuring machine, we check both simple and complex parts for dimensions, form tolerances, and positional tolerances. Tolerances down to a few microns can also be reliably checked.

Our Wenzel CMM forms an important part of our ISO 9001-certified quality management system. In combination with calibrated measuring instruments, digital process control, and full traceability, we guarantee consistent and reproducible quality, from prototype to small and medium-sized series.

Depending on the application, we measure dimensions, flatness, perpendicularity, roundness, concentricity, and complex 3D geometries, among other things. Upon request, we provide a measurement report as objective proof that your part meets the agreed tolerances.
