Your career in the manufacturing industry

Applying at BO-Solutions

Your talent is more than a CV

A CV tells you what experience and technical skills you have.
It says much less about who you are as a colleague, what motivates you, and how you collaborate.

That is why Bart and Nancy, together with the relevant Team Lead, are happy to make time for a personal introduction. During a conversation, we enjoy listening to your story, discussing your ambitions, and discovering what is important to you in a job.

Next, we will take you to the shop floor. You will meet our colleagues, see our machines in action, and experience how we work together every day on high-quality precision work. This way, you get an honest picture of BO-Solutions as an employer.

This introduction is valuable for us as well. We look not only at technical knowledge and experience, but also at motivation, values, and the chemistry with the team. After all, a sustainable collaboration begins with people who strengthen each other.

Do you have a lot of experience, but no CV? No problem.

Frequently Asked Questions about CNC Turning

CNC Miller at BO-Solutions, what is my job?

As a CNC milling machine operator, you manufacture precision parts on our 3-, 4-, and 5-axis Mazak and DMG Mori machines. You read the drawing, set up your machine, and check the dimensions yourself. You work on custom pieces and small series for sectors such as robotics, machine building, and medtech. A different piece every day, learning something new every day — with colleagues who are happy to share their experience but also consider learning from you a plus.

As a CNC turner, you manufacture complex parts with tight tolerances, from prototypes to small series. You set up independently, select your tools, and measure your work yourself. Delivering quality for our customer is your reason for existence: what you turn goes directly to demanding customers at home and abroad.

As a CNC milling programmer, you program complex parts in Fusion 360 and hyperMILL. You start from a drawing or 3D model, determine the best clamping setup and strategy, and convert your program into a perfectly milled part on our 5-axis machines. You also contribute ideas without a drawing: reverse engineering is part of the process. This way, you combine craftsmanship at the machine with smart CAM work behind the screen — the ideal mix for those who like to think along and help create.

Your salary depends on your experience and grows with your skills. On top of that, you receive 10-euro meal vouchers, 32 days off (20 vacation days + 12 ADV days for a great work-life balance), and a permanent contract right away. Would you like a concrete figure? Stop by or call us — and we will discuss it openly and honestly, tailored to your experience.

A diploma in mechanical design or CNC training via VDAB or Syntra is the foundation we require: this enables you to read a drawing and operate a machine safely. From there, you will continue to grow with us on the shop floor, with experienced colleagues by your side and training tailored to your skills, who you are, and your ambitions. Do you come from another technical sector, or are you a real go-getter who consciously wants to choose this profession? Then we will explore together what is possible for you at BO-Solutions.

In addition to the CV, BO-Solutions looks at work values, collaboration, and whether someone fits within the team. Craftsmanship and a people-oriented approach carry equal weight.

At BO-Solutions we believe that technology supports, but people make the difference. That is why we consciously invest in a work environment where craftsmanship, collaboration, commitment, and lifelong learning take center stage. Employees are given the space to take responsibility, further develop their talents, and grow through tailored training.

As a customer, you will also feel this people-oriented approach. Our employees think along with you, communicate openly, and work with you to find the best solution. In this way, we combine technical expertise with a personal approach and build sustainable partnerships based on trust, respect, and commitment.
