With our honing machine, we machine hole diameters from approx. 3 to 180 mm to cylindricalities of around ±0.002 mm and adjustable Ra values of approx. 0.1–0.8 μm — ideal for seals and hydraulics in harsh, demanding environments.
Reverse engineering for offshore spare parts
When original drawings are missing or parts are no longer available, we reconstruct existing components via reverse engineering. This extends the lifespan of installations and limits unplanned downtime.
