1988
The past determined what the future would look like.
BO-Solutions was founded in 1988 by Patrick Oosterlinck and Ludo Bruyneel.
It was the start of a manufacturing facility focused on precision machining. BO-Solutions quickly grew into a well-established name in West Flanders.
1998
Relocation from Izegem to a larger business building in Roeselare that will support further growth.
2013
Bart and Nancy are taking over BO-Solutions , with the ambition to combine a strong foundation with innovation.
As the technical mastermind, Bart oversees finances, production, planning, and quality. Nancy spots market opportunities and builds a strong team and a sustainable company, with a focus on people and society.
Together, they believe in the power of local entrepreneurship and are building an innovative manufacturing company that creates sustainable jobs, innovation, and prosperity.

BO-Solutions manufactures precision parts in metal and plastic using 5-axis CNC milling, CNC turning, and fine machining (honing, lapping, grinding), with tolerances down to ±0.005 mm. From one-off pieces or single parts and prototypes to small and medium-sized series — as a specialist in precision machining and one-off work in West Flanders for the world.

±0.005 mm for milling and turning, lapping down to 0.001 mm, and honing down to Ra 0.1. A 3D measurement report can be provided with every delivery upon request.
Yes. High-mix, low-volume is our specialty: single pieces or one-offs, prototypes, small and medium-sized series. No mass production.
Yes. Using reverse engineering , we 3D measure the (worn) part, create a CAD model, and produce a new copy — better than the original. Express delivery is available for customers in the food industry.
Standard delivery is according to the agreed schedule, with ±92% on-time delivery. For urgent cases at our customers' sites, an express service is available: delivery within 48 hours, depending on complexity and destination.
We are ISO 9001 certified and process food-grade stainless steel in accordance with applicable food safety standards. For medtech and medical applications, we offer full material traceability and inspection reports.
