Advanced 3D metrology and real-time quality assurance
Our conditioned measuring room is an integral part of the production flow.
- 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM) verify critical tolerances and micro-features down to the micrometer range
- Optical measuring systems check surface roughness, contours and small details
- Measurement data is automatically linked to the production order, so we can make adjustments quickly – ideal for high-mix/low-volume environments
