Mazak VARIAXIS i-800 – 5-axis machining centre

The Mazak VARIAXIS i-800 is a powerful 5-axis machining center that is used at BO-Solutions for complex machining with short lead times.

With a reach of X 730 mm × Y 850 mm × Z 560 mm and a pallet changer (2 × 500 × 500 mm), this machining centre is ideal for serial production and unmanned machining.

At BO-Solutions we use DMG Mori's DMC 1450 V for complex milling operations on large and heavy components.

With its travels of 1,450 × 700 × 550 mm and a robust table of 1,700 × 750 mm, this machine is suitable for workpieces up to 2,000 kg.

With a range of X 950 mm × Y 850 mm × Z 650 mm, this machining center is suitable for medium to large components.
