BO‑Solutions is a specialist in 5‑ axle CNC‑ milling, CNC‑ turning and precision machining of metal and plastic. For +35 years, we have been realizing the entire process: from 3D drawing and programming to production and final inspection.

With a modern machine park of 15 CNC milling machines – from 3- to simultaneous 5-axis machining centres – we produce precision mechanical parts with an accuracy of up to ±0.005 mm. For everything that revolves around rotational symmetry, turning is the technique of choice. The workpiece rotates, the cutting tool determines the shape – perfect for shafts, sleeves, fittings and cylindrical components.
With our machine park of 20 CNC lathes – from multi-spindles to 4-axis turning centers –, we realize precision parts up to Ø750mm diameter and 3000mm length. From hydraulic cylinders to pump parts: we run what is technically correct and deliver on time, always.

Lapping is the solution for applications where sealing, sliding behaviour or optical purity leave no room for deviation. Think of mechanical seals, bearing seats, optical components or high-quality tooling.
From functional flatness to visual perfection, we deliver tactile precision.
For internal surfaces that require perfect cylindricity and smoothness, we offer the most efficient solution. Honing combines speed, precision and cost-effectiveness – ideal for cylinders, hydraulic components and bearing bushes where perfect geometry is essential.
With our honing machine, we process hole diameters from 3 to 180mm to cilindricities of ±0.002mm and adjustable Ra values of 0.1-0.8μm.
Precision grinding From rough to slippery
When tolerances are measured in micrometers and surfaces have to be as smooth as glass, we really go all the way. Our grinding techniques transform critical parts into measurable perfection – for applications where precision is required.
With surface grinding, cylindrical grinding and centerless grinding, we process hardened steels and carbide to tolerances of ±0.005mm and Ra values up to 0.05μm. From medical instruments to hydraulic cylinders, we grind what perfection requires.
Keyways in any width and length – powerful, precise and reliable. Minimum play, maximum fit.
We deep-frozen broaching (keyway broaching/keyway machining) completely in-house. We create perfectly fitting keyways without outsourcing. That means shorter lead times, lower risks and full quality control.
From 3 mm to 24 mm keyway width, internal and external, we achieve a precise fit in one fixture. Optimum power transmission, minimal backlash and no additional handling – all under one roof.
MIG/MAG or TIG – from repair to new. Everything is done in-house by experienced professionals.
Some parts require more than just milling or turning. With our professional welding equipment, we assemble parts into functional units – without outsourcing, without delay.
MIG/MAG and TIG welding technology for steel, stainless steel and aluminium. From CNC part assembly to repair welding and prototype construction, we make sure your parts are ready to go.

Send us the part, a photo or a sketch. We measure it, draw it out and turn it into a reproducible precision part.
Step 2 – Production & Quality Control
After approval, your order will go into production. Our professionals work with micrometer precision according to specifications.
